I'll meet weekly/bi-weekly based on our schedules. Most likely will be weekly, twice a week, unless a student wants to train more/less. I can find a way to fit it in my schedule. Process also explained above. Meet and greet before 1st session via zoom. Explain curriculum and expectations. Set goals and discuss strengths and weaknesses, then get into classes/ workout sessions. In terms, of life coaching, I am not tutoring but have some experience if needed. I'll be focusing more on skills and techniques to use in school, in life, and at home. The classes can last anywhere from 30 mins to an hour-long. As far as football, we will be out on the field majority of the time doing drills and workouts. If the weather doesn't permit, I will hold film sessions or do an in-home walk thru the session. May also incorporate film sessions at the beginning of the week/ end of the week to give more visual representation. Sessions can be anywhere from 45 mins to 1hr 30 mins, give or take (depending on what's being taught that day). For example, film days (45 mins) won't be as long as practice days (1 hr 30mins).

How to be prepared for the first meeting:
Life Coach: Students should expect to come ready with a pen and notebook or something to take notes with. If you need help with homework and if it's a subject I'm familiar with, they can bring that as well. In addition, any other issues, ideas, situations you may have, bring them to the session to be discussed.
Football: Players should be fully dressed either on a field or surface where they can run and work out. If not accessible, at-home training can be used.

General Skills to Learn:
Learn how to be a STUDENT- Athlete (Emphasis on student first--classroom performance is important and will translate over to the field)
Learn life skills that will help you in school and at home
Learn how to be a Pro Defensive Back (corner or safety)
Learn multiple movements and footwork drills DBs perform (ball skills included)
Learn how to cover Wide Receivers, Tight Ends, Running Backs, and Fullbacks with proper technique
Learn proper tackling techniques
Learn how to watch and breakdown film
Learn what it's like to be a D1 Athlete
Learn what it's like being a Pro Athlete
**Willing to coach other skilled positions on the field as well (depending on position)***

A Little Bit About Me:

I grew up in St. Petersburg, FL, and am currently residing here for now!

Attended St. Petersburg High School where I graduated with a 4.3gpa, Summe Cum Laude ranked 13th out of 400+ students in my graduating class. I also took all honors and AP classes. Was recruited by many top Ivy League and D1 schools such as Harvard, Brown, Chattanooga, Duke, Miami, and many others. I was offered a full-ride scholarship to the University of Richmond, where they had a great football team and Academic Program. My family and I were looking for a school with the perfect balance of sports and academics. Richmond was the perfect spot for me, especially after being passed up by other schools on scholarship offers.
I majored in Sociology and minored in Criminal Justice. On the field, I redshirted my first year, then started to make a name for my self redshirt Sophomore year, where I had two INTs in one game and a forced fumble. I also had an INT earlier that season as we went to the playoffs. In my junior year, I led the nation in INTs with 9 (technically 10 but one was on a point after touchdown, which they do not count in the stat sheets). In addition, I had a 4 INT game against Albany (which also broke a school and NCAA record). I tallied just under 100 tackles in the season and a few pass breakups. We went to the semi-finals but fell short to North Dakota St. Sadly, I broke my arm during this game and did not finish. The following season, Senior year, went well too as I was on track for another record-breaking season, 3 INTs and 30+ tackles halfway through the year. But, unfortunately, another broken arm cut my season short and my college career was done. However, I ended up graduating with a 3.5gpa and was named an All- American.

After college, I was blessed and fortunate enough to enter the National Football League where I played for the New England Patriots! We won an AFC Championship and also made it to the Super Bowl in 2017! I also played with the Lions and the Ottawa Redblacks in Canada. I currently still play, just waiting on a call from another team. I love sports and have learned a lot both on and off the field. I plan to use this platform to help young students/athletes reach their highest potential in whatever dream they have, as I continue my career path in the NFL!
