Kelly’s background and knowledge in Spanish language acquisition began at age twelve when she began taking Spanish class in school. Kelly graduated from Westfield State University with a BA in Spanish and Secondary Education in 2017. During her time at Westfield State she was a teacher’s assistant and Spanish tutor for Spanish I students, and also tutored some local high school students outside of class. She is certified to teach Spanish K-12, and will be going into her third year teaching Spanish II at Marshfield High School. After graduating college she also spent a year teaching English at the Escuela Oficial de Idiomas in Monforte de Lemos, Spain. She taught students aged 16 and up, and also improved her Spanish skills while teaching abroad. She is currently pursuing a masters degree in Foreign Language Education.
