"I really enjoy going to Classical Pilates of Long Island. I had surgery on my back and need away to strengthen the muscles in my core. I have been going here since April 2021 and it has definitely help strengthen muscle groups that i really need help with, especially my core muscles. It has also helped me become alittle bit more flexible and has helped with my tight hamstrings a bit. Lynn is a fantastic instructor who explains the exercises you are doing in a clear way.
