"I started nutritional counseling in June 2018 with the goals of losing weight and improving my health. I was dealing with the following health issues: scheduled for my second back surgery due to spinal stenosis (including leg weakness and severe pain), heart issues (taking medications for hypertension, heart failure, and increased cholesterol), and knee pain. From the first meeting with Nicole I felt really comfortable and knew I was working with someone who was knowledgeable, dedicated and detail oriented. What I really respect it that Nicole sees you as an individual and provides guidance for a healthy lifestyle customized to meet your food choices and activity goals-which helps achieve success. Her approach is very holistic and supportive. While I continue with to counseling, I am happy to state I have lost 84 pounds, my back surgery was successful and my mobility/endurance is greatly improved and includes regular exercise , the doses of my heart medications have all been reduced due to improvements in my cardiac health, and my knee pain is minimal. I am grateful that I have the opportunity to work with Nicole as she provides the tools affording me a healthy and happy new life. "
"Since my first appointment with Nicole, I felt as if I was on the path to a healthier life change. There would be times when I had the best intentions to follow the plan Nicole created for me, but when life hit I was back to my unhealthy habits. It all started with me attempting to reach two goals, drinking water and increasing my vitamin D. As weeks passed, I began seeing the positive impact water had on my energy, skin and hair. Being able to achieve that goal while hearing from my doctors that my vitamin D increased was a huge moment for me.
