How I Can Help You:

The Path to Achieve Mind and Body Wisdom

Taking a holistic approach, I will create a plan tailored just for you to meet your personal wellness and fitness goals. Depending on your needs, our sessions may include any of the following:

*Life Coaching to define goals and create your path to success.
*Workouts to strengthen the body and energize your day.
*Yoga sessions designed to stretch the body and nurture the soul.
*Meditations to focus the mind.

The Process
Each session begins with the question "What would you like to focus on today?" allowing for the flexibility of your changing needs. We will discuss your triumphs and challenges of the previous week, then decide what steps to take to best support you. Be it a good workout, guided meditation, a yoga session, or using the time together to coach through and make plans. You choose what you need for the day.

Then we wrap it up, discussing your biggest “takes” from the session and making plans to keep moving forward during the week until we meet again!
Mid-week support if needed is given through motivational reminders, resources such as videos or reading material, and accountability through mid-week check-ins. Whatever you need in your journey, I am here to help!

Turn your new routine of strengthening your mind and body into a natural habit. I usually work with clients for at least 3 months. Expect this to be a lifestyle change that sticks!

What to expect at your first meeting:

Our first session will consist of a powerful discovery coaching session to help define your goals and create steps to move towards a healthier, happier life. Bring a notebook to write all your insights and plans down!

A Little Bit About Me:

During my personal journey, I have encountered many struggles, big and small, that could have become major roadblocks to my health and happiness. Had I not known how changing my thoughts could change my world, I may be in a different place today. My passion is to share the tools that have enabled me to not only survive, but more importantly, to thrive, and lead a healthy, happy life. I'm sure you have your list of struggles too. No matter what challenges you are facing, there are powerful, habit-forming techniques available that can help you stay motivated, energized and healthy through all of life's events. Tools such as life coaching, daily exercise, meditation, and yoga, that will help you create habits to stay balanced and focused so you can live your best life. Helping clients create healthy habits, reach their goals and be the best version of themselves has been my life career and life passion. When the body and mind work in synergy, health and harmony are achieved and sustained, bringing lasting results. I will guide you in all the components necessary for a healthy change that will become a natural way of life. It will be my honor and privilege to be with you on the journey to ultimate health!!!
